  The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. It was nice to have a tv. We had a lovely view over the garden. A great plus was being so close to Piazale Roma, but at the same time we were so central ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and in a lovely area next to many good restaurants - very friendly staff, would highly recommend this hotel, excellent location if you don't want to drag your luggage through the city (very close to bus terminal and train station), close to Vaporetto station, we loved it!!!!
