  Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay. We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us. Excellent wifi connection. Rooms are exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises! The B&B guests have 10% discount at San Pietrini's restaurant (cash... mitä ihmiset sanovat » payment). I definitely recommend this place! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, efficient and only 2 euros more than taxi. Fasten you - The room is relatively a smalll one but very confortable. The services have been very, very friendly , in time , impeccables , admirables ,... Difficult for us to find a word or an expression , which may show our deep feelings and thanks for the warmth we have received all along , during our stay from Irina. Yes, the hotel is little bit far from the city center, but hotels in Rome are very expensive regardless and at least this hotel is a good value for your money. The people running the hotel are belong nice. The property is in perfect conditions and very clean. I stayed in another hotel for the same price during this same trip and I did not like the place at all.

  Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!
