Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Besides with own key you may return freely as late as you like. Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!.

We stayed for a week and were very impressed. This hotel is on the third floor of a block of hotels, check in was down the street at Piram Hotel. This was no problem. There is a lift to the third floor and while the lift and stairs are a bit dingy, the hotel and our room were clean and warm. Aircon was great. I really liked this otel. actually we checked in in another otel and stayed in another hotel Piram otel, I think... but the room was good. location was good. there was soap and shampoo in the room. the location was close to Termini central station and room was big enough for 3 people. Very good choice, very good price,perfect location, clean and comfortable, very near to the train station,bus, tram for someone who wants to move all over the city of Rome.Staf was very friendly helpfull and smily.Also the area was very calm for us that we were four single women. Clean and tidy, it has all the facilities one needs if the main objective is to visit rome and not spend much time in the hotel. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, very open to give advice what to see and were to go. We checked in at the Hotel Regina Giovanna and thats where they put us in the hotel instead of Hotel Termini. The location is very central and convenient. The staff is helpful, just busy. -Our room was very clean. -It was very close to Termini Station(1 min by foot),where buses from airports arrive. -In general it was quite cheap. -the room looked kind of luxurius. We had a pleasant stay! Instead of hotel Termini we stayed at Piram hotel.. It's the one where you have to check in first. They kept us there... Everything was perfect!. - good localisation, close to Termini station, buses and metro - room was clean - staff was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the luxury Hotel Priam down the street at no extra cost. Both were perfectly located. He is friendly. 2. The room and bathroom. Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable for 3 persons although the furniture is a bit dated. 3. The location. Only 2 mins to Roma Termini (here you can find shuttle bus to/from Rome airport, intercity train and metro station) on foot. Close to many restaurants (Chinese, Indian, 24-hour McD), etc. 4. Express check-out. If you paid for the room during check-in, all you need to do it to leave the key in the bedroom when you check out. S. Location was perfect for our needs: an overnight stay before taking the train to Naples. It is a few steps from Termini Station, and yet the area looked nice to us. We didn't want to spend much so it was perfect for us in that sense. Cheap central location. Location & clean They can offer free storage of lugguges during daytime to us when we come back from our crusise holiday afer 8-days. The block is a bit noisy, but it's common for the most of the hotels next to the Termini station. You have to check-in in another hotel down the street. But we didn't have to go there for check-out and just left keys in the room. They checked us in only at 14.00 (and on the web-site they claim check-in from 10.00) so we had to hang around for 3 hours till that time, which was a little annoying after a tiresome trip. There were a couple of days where we didn't get clean towels, and the toilet door didn't close properly. For this price everything was perfect. It's a noisy area and the isolation is not that good. Small room. Water pressure is low. The air conditioner at the Hotel Regina Giovanna was warm during the first 2 nights, but later on it gets cold though. The shower drain is slow and we have to shower quickly with low pressure. -we emailed them twice to put us a double bed instead of 2 singles,but they just unite 2 single ones. -there wasn't a fridge available.If you travel and especially in summer,it is far more than necessary. -the area is not very close to famous sights,but you can walk as we did,or take public means of transport. - daily difficulties with internet connection, but staff were trying to make it work - pore ac cooling - noise from the street. Noisy, tram in the street is very noisy!. Some details in the bathroom, as the doors of the shower.....not really important. Brekfast not included for our reservation. Entrance of the apartment should be clean and better. 1. Check-in is at Welcome Piram Hotel, which is about 50m away from Hotel Termini. If the traveller did not study the Booking Confirmation carefully, s/he may end up at Hotel Termini for check-in, which has no reception. We met a Japanese couple knocking on the door when we were heading out. So we showed them where to check in to the hotel. 2. The internet is only available in the common area and not in the room. Bathroom was not very clean, I've got a bad impression of the cleaning. It is not really a hotel, it is mostly some rooms available in a building where there are many other enterprises and the check-in is made a couple of blocks down the street, so arriving at this building late at night without any supervision made us feel a little uneasy. Walls are thin and we had quite noisy neighbors that stayed on the hall until late. Wouldn't stay there more than one night. Loud inside, could hear a lot of running water. Room tiny- fine for us but beware, hardy any room to move. noisy at night sand it is a little rough around the train station, but felt safe at night. Had to check in at another hotel, staff very rude. You must check in in another hotel , no information for location check in at site , no any direction that we can go to check in counter. Checkin could be easier, wasn't a big deal but you do have to go about 300 mtrs down the road to do this. Check-in was in another Hotel Shower water is small sometimes. Checking in at a different hotel, quite confusing. Staff wasn't that helpful. When you want make more,days they,say no,way. Several places connected under one name Termini. You book in one place, but they move you to another. Strange policy. The smell of smoke in the bedroom and the high shower. small room with small bed, no space in the room; no hot water for show during we stay; no staff, and phone in room is not working, you have to walk to another building pass three cross contacting the staff for needs. Room wasn't air conditioned, as advertised. Had to check in 4 blocks away, and only one person on duty. Had to climb four flights of stairs to get to room.
