Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually - nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location. Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will recommend the hotel.

  We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.
