  Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits!   What a find! This little gem of a place is located right in the heart of our favorite section of Venice, Dorsoduro. It's very easy to find, whether you approach from the train/bus station or the vaporetto stop. Warm welcome by Maria and her crew, who made us feel like family and are an absolute delight in every way. We didn't use the v - What impressed me most is Maria, the owner of the guesthouse. She is unbelievably helpful even before I arrive! On my departure day, I went to Venice Biennale and almost missed my boat to the airport, but Maria personally took my luggage to the pier so that I did not have to go back to the guesthouse to get it! Everything else in the guesthouse is cozy family feel! BTW, if you fly to venice, the guesthouse is 4 mins walk to Ca'Rezzonico, an airport boat stop, so extremely convenient. All in all

  I chose Alloggi Marinella principally for its convenient location near Piazza Roma and the railway station, but the Rialto and San Marco are only an interesting 20 minute walk away, and the ferries stop nearby. It's a curious little pensione, with some rooms located in a sort of "mews" behind the main building, with a separate entrance, and others... mitä ihmiset sanovat » located upstairs in the main building. I stayed in both and both had their charms and both were very comfortable. Perhaps stay in the main building i - Excellent location if you are on a cruise or need to be near rail or road transport. It's also close to one of the major water bus terminals. Quiet street with shuttered windows. Room was small but clean with adequate storage. Free WiFi available in the lobby/breakfast area, but I managed to get it in the room as it was directly above this area. Staff a very helpful with suggestions and directions.

  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.   Staff is very nice, friendly, eager to help and go extra step-and-mile. They are all fluent in English Whenever I would stop at the lobby and ask for a cup of coffee or tea they never said "no". Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.
