  The apartment is in a lovely quiet location, the owner is available by telephone in the event of any issues, and he is extremely helpful. The hot water did not work in our apartment and we were immediately moved to another one in the same building, which was an upgrade.   The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like animals.
