  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307). All the fixtures were high end, and the space a very well designed and comfortable. The bed was total luxury! And the shower facility was excellent. The deal was excellent. The location is perfect, in the middle of Rome. Near to Train & bus station Termini.   The perfect combination of staff, comfort and location. Just two blocks from Termini station. I got sick and feverish one day and one of the ladies of the staff treated me as her brother taking care of me and it really made me feel better.   Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed. The rooms were spacious, clean, included a fridge and air con and a sofa/dining table outside of the bedroom. Hospitality was excellent, the hotel - The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again. When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B. There are some buses pass by the main street near B&B, so we came back from Piazza Venice and Termini station by bus. It took only 1.5 Euro and 15 - 20 mins. What I lik

  Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

  The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Rome just a few steps from the Parliament. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with everything we needed (directions, restaurants [Gino’s was fantastic!], and the private chauffeur). The staff gave my husband and I a bottle of champagne for our 11-year anniversary and eve - Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.
