Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus.
