  The hotel is basic but really good value for money. The decor is dated but is really clean and tidy. We had cleaners come into the room daily swept moped and clean towels and sheets. The hotel is basically on the front of the canal about 1min walk from san marco square. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.

  The location was great - just a few mins walk from St Marks Square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped (including a kettle), hob,fridge/freezer and utensils. We were staying in Canalletto on 1st floor - no view but easy to get there with luggage. The bathroom is modern with shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. - Is is very close to San Marko and to vaparetto. It is easy to find it.The staff was very gentle.
