  I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she booked 2 museums for us as she said we would have to wait in a long line without them and were grateful she did.
