  Location was great and easy to access from the motorway. The gated parking assured us of the secure parking. Bus stop was a short walk down the street and about 15 minutes straight into the city. The room was tidy and acceptable for the price paid. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally.   Literally had searched for hours online for that "perfect" place & knew instantly when reviewing it that this was most definitely the one for us! One can hardly narrow down our love for this hotel to one particular thing. We loved it all! If you want to experience what true Italy is all about, then - absolutely everything. The accommodation is superb as is the hospitality. The train is cheap and frequent to get to Florence.
