The beautiful decor. The room was just beautiful! And also the staff went to special trouble to get us breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. It was very conveniently located for us to get our early AM flight. - I arrived late at night and had an easy check-in. The room wasremarkable, excellent. Breakfast was great in the morning, and easycheck-out.

The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling.
Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant.
The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.
There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge. -

The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally. Personel was very welcoming. Room was very clean, sound isolation was very good. Location is very good - it takes only 9 minutes by bus to the city center, and buses go very often. No traffic jams on the way to the city center. Same bus will take you 2 stops further to the historical center. There is a big park nearby. -

We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

The owners were really nice and very helpful.
The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.

This house is really amazing!!!!! Nice villa surrounded by lush garden, excellent atmosphere inside, great room, really nice owner (Elena), close to the bus station to the Florence city centre (about 10 minutes) = we could only recommend! It´s a pitty that we have stayed there only 1 night.
