  Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

  The location near the airport is nice for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and good size. The bartender Stefano is cool, and the front desk reception was helpful and nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food and selection was great.   The whole experience was wonderful. The hotel staff went overboard to make sure that we were comfortable. Their shuttle to downtown Venice and the airport was always right on time. The van was clean and modern. The drivers were exceptionally friendly.   This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.
