Great services, lady of reception is very helpful, we arrive earlier than checking time after cruise. This was an excellent hotel. Room was large, bathroom terrific, staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff's knowledge of multiple languages was a real plus for those who speak Russian, or English or Italian - The people in the hotel are really nice to us and the hotel is really clean and tidy.
