  I stayed at Oliver St. John Gorarty's Penthouse Apartments with my Grandaughter and daughter-in- law for 3 nights, we really enjoyed the whole experience of Dubblin. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we found it to be better than a hotel room as we could sit in comfort and have a drink and something to eat before going out.   Nestled on a side street in Temple Bar, our family of 3 had to walk to the top floor. Fortunately, the small, lobby had a luggage storage closet, where we could leave our suitcases for the night. The room was modest but adequate and clean, with full en suite facilities. The desk staff was accommodating and very friendly. Because of the very narrow walk-up for a triple, this would be a - I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.

  - Location, location, location: centre of the city and just 2 minutes away from bus stop 41 that goes to the aiport - every day we got fresh towels and room was cleaned - room had electric kettle and full supply of tea - breakfast was big enough to keep you going half a day, although it was not typical irish breakfast (you got to choose from coo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ked, veggie or continental breakfast) - staff was friendly, they agreed to store our suitcase for couple of hours last day - there is great pub downst - It Was Right in The City Centre and Just Around The Corner from O Connell Street. It's 5 , 10 mins from the O2 and It's so handy for it because of my stay I was going to a concert that night and it was fair handy not getting taxis or buses. I would stay again in the future when I have something up in Dublin , I'm not from Dublin but I would recommend this Hotel to Anyone because it is a Good Value Hotel and In the Heart Of Dublin's City Centre.

  What a Gem. I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful. Location was superb right in the centre with views over river. How they can do it for 60€ pe - Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.

  The Adelphi is centrally located and provided an excellent base for our regrettably brief stay of two nights in Dublin. The staff were accommodating, always pleasant and keen to provide whatever service or information we required. The room was comfortable and breakfast good, whether cooked or continental.
