The rooms where large with comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. There was a locker in your room for your valuables though it felt very secure anyway with the outside doors being locked at 9 pm and almost always someone in reception. There is a kitchen available for use and you can buy drink sachets and noodles to prepare yourself. The staff do not have good english but are friendly and helpful and will contact the owner if you want information, or he is usually available during the day t.
kaikki arvostelut » This excellent small place manage by very very friendly couple and thay help us a lot during our very short stay there. there small hotel is very clean and tide and very close to the surabaya zoo and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport. even though staff cant cant speak good English, they are very friendly and helpful. I will stay again at this very friendly place and wishing them all the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport at 2.30 am and they had no complaint about being woken up at such an early hour. The booking says there is no meal for dormitory option so I'm quite surprised when being served with breakfast and drink in the morning. The hostel provides helpful guidelines for travellers: how to get around in surabaya, how to get to the airport, how much is the airport fee, etc. the owner of the hostel is really amazing guy! while I was checking in he invited me for a city tour. the atmosphere in the hostel is very nice and friendly, place is really clean, my bed was soooo comfortable (the best one I had for last 2 months). if I am in Surabaya, I would definitely stay there again!. Krowi inn is a really nice place for take a break during the travel. Hotel manager was really nice even though she can not speak well English, but she was really nice to us. The best thing was very clean at any where in Krowi inn. We was really relax when we stayed in here, just liked stay at home. It was the cleanest hostel/hotel i have ever been. Staff is constantly cleaning but not getting in your way. You WILL feel like youre at home. Everyone is really nice, they helped us getting a tour to mount bromo and fulfilled our every need. I made 2 times reservation. Everythings perfect. Staff friendly. Owner is a perfect man, he loves meet up new people. The owner was very friendly and spoke fluent English. The owner is lovely, she is very willing to give good advice and very friendly. Place had very big beds and is clean, showers are great. He helped us with planning our trip to bromo wich was perfect. Everyone was very friendly. The hostel was very clean and inviting. The tables outside in the small courtyard were just outside our room so early morning breakfasters did disturb our sleep at about 6am. Though it's near the Surabaya zoo and a shopping mall, it's far from other main attractions in town. You had to take a bus or taxi to the city center. There is only one plug in the 6-bed dormitory. Extremely inconvenient, especially when everyone wants to charge their electronic devices. Internet was very slow. If you are travelling alone and youre looking for fellow travellors you might be a bit disappointed, since it is a very clean hostel (maybe that was just because we went there outside of holiday season). For me and my girlfriend it was absolutely perfect. The staff were helpful but spoke limited English. the breakfast is very simple and same menu everyday. Should have variety and not only noodles everyday. Nothing. The key deposit. nothing.
