  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

  It is an excellent hotel. It has a nice garden with waterfalls so you do not hear the noice of the city. That's been done very nicely. Rooms are nice, tv signal was a bit weak but most channels are fine. It's a business hotel. That means it's efficient and expensive. The food is great, the bar is great, the spa is very nice. We stayed in Room 616 and it had city view- right from entering the room, we were really WOWed by the decor and comfort of the room. 5 star service and that too for under 30k INR incl taxes n breakfast for 3 nights.   Very conveniently located for the airports (international and domestic) As luxurious as you would expect from the Hilton brand, although I was pleasantly surprised by how comparatively cheap things like drinks were, compared to other hotels I stayed at in India.
