The staff were flawless in their service - extremely helpful. We were offered a late checkout as our flight was at 1.30am. They also took care of our luggage and organised a taxi. We were treated very nicely by the staff at Peerless Inn. And we got our room on arrival even though it was very early Sunday morning. Every one at the hotel was very helpful and kind to us. The hotel is at good base if you are visiting Kolkata. -
