I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a

All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

The staff was absolutely top of the line, doorman, drivers, courtesy desk, reception. Everybody was exceptional and made us feel exceptional.
The rooms are very nice, very clean. Laundry service was on time, nothing to claim about them. Excellent value for the money

We stayed there but on second thought we don't have to because the advantage of main bazza is that it's close to new delhi railway station, while we arrive delhi in the old delhi station and we leave delhi by plane. good locatation close to the New Delhi train station and they have a new building beside the old one but still under painting that it's a little smelly but decorated much better, much modern, may next time ... the old building is old and simply with a little noisy, but top floor is the restaurant and taste good and all the people are very nice & friendly
