Rooms are huge and very comfortable.
Front office very cooperative in all issues they allowed very late check out.
Over all it was perfect. -
Almost everything, the service, room, facilities, b/fast, food. But the best part is the staff going out of the way to provide a homely feel.

The staff is very helpful. My two days's visit was very comfortable and useful. Their executive lounge concept is nice. But they had brought down the lounge to first floor from 9th floor. It was even better earlier.
