That everything went so smothley, everything could be arranged by the hotel! - We were upgraded in room from a twin standard to a suite at no extra cost. Fairly basic rooms, but comfortable and clean, and good value for inner Mumbai. Well located near Colaba and in Fort area.

The bellboy/concierge was excellent. Couldn't do enough, even organised onward travel from another hotel. Buffets from the snack bar were very good offering good choice and quality. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -
