I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!

It is located in central part of the city and was convenient for me to explore the city. the hotel was great value for money.the food was good and the room was impeccable. when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa. Gym had some less equipment but was ok for a decent work out . yes any one must try there rooftop i had the best indian food ever ever in my life . -

Large clean and well designed rooms with excellent ensuite, a/c etc.
Staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was large and tasty...except no real coffee. But that is difficult in India. All who work there were well trained in how to be friendly and helpful to guests.
