  Nice comfy room, it also had a fridge, very good if you want to buy yourself some water or a sandwich. The bathroom (I had booked a room with bathroom - some other rooms have shared facilities) was nice and clean aswell. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The Location is very central. Shared bathroom was also kept clean. It was possible to make toasts and tee in the evening using hotel's appliances. I would recommend this hotel not only for low-cost travelers.

  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   We booked 2 studio's for a family city trip. Which happened to be a perfect choice for this purpose. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. The free WiFi deserves a special mention: perfect quality everywhere (router/AP in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked)! Very clean room with new furniture and all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, oven, teapot, hair fan etc.) We stayed here for week and category of our room was upgraded - that's why we lived in 2-room apartments.   Everything!!! From the beginning we felt very comfortable! It's a really nice apartment with all you need to live. Students take care of the organization. We felt very safe and it is close to the city center. You can either walk (20min) or take the bus. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen equipped! One thing I have to add: We left our phone in the apartment and realiz - Dave and Daniel were great! THey were very friendly and helpful getting us settled in. It is a great central location with a lot to see and do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

  Good value for the money. Location was great. Our window was watching at "Andrassy ut", one of the main streets of the city, street with all the famous brands stores. Breakfast was also excellent and the room is very modern, with bath instead of shower which I was used to on my trips. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious.
