  the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Budapest again.

  We stayed over a long weekend. Since our room was having the window to the interior yard, we heard no noise coming from outside so could enjoy relaxing evening after visiting the city. Well located, within walking distance to the House of Parliament. The room was neat, altough a bit small and dark.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..
