The location is great, close to the center but still a bit aside, great to relax. The owners are very professional, extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast is great - all with local products and you enjoy it in the perfect setting! The small beach is also very close and easy to reach. The rooms are clean and furnished with very good taste. The owners also run a wine selling place and so you can combine relaxing evenings in a great athmosphere with a perfect wine ! I only can fully recomme

Excellent location right on the beach with a brilliant view of Monemvassia. I would prefer to be on the shore with the view, rather than stay in Monemvasia itself.
The superior room was luxury and was worth the few extra Euros to guarantee the great view.
Definitely stay there again.

It is wise not to book a hotel in Monemvassia as prices are rather high there. A better option is to stay in Gefira, the village on the mainland. Aktaion Hotel is just before the bridge which connects Monemvassia with Gefira. Right around the corner is a big parking area where you can park your car for free. For a small fee you can hop on the bus

We stayed 4 days at this hotel and I can say that was 4 wonderful days of vacation. The staff and owners made us to feel like a family.
The hotel's location is ideal, into the isthmus leading to the old town of Monemvasia. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view to the old town and the sea.
