  We had a wonderfull staying at Paraschou Guesthouse in the end of July of 2013. We stayed there for four nights with a price of 50 euro per night. Owners gave us a warm welcome and they did everything to make us feel more comfortable as soon as we arrived. It was also cleaned every day with new towels and sheets which is - I WENT WITH MY FRIEND! WE REMAINED FOR THREE DAYS IN THE SOFITA.ΙΤ WAS A SPLENDID ROOM AND VERY CLEAN! THE LAST DAY WHERE WE WOULD LEAVE WE ASKED TO REMAIN FOR FEW HOURS STILL! THE ROOM WAS CLOSED AND THE HOUSEHOLDER TRANSPORTED US IN AN OTHER ROOM! WAS BEAUTIFUL TOO!VERY LUMINOUS ROOM! THE SERVICE WAS IRREPROACHABLE! THE ENVIRONMENT VERY COMFORTABLE AND POLITE AND NO IMPERSONAL! THE HOUSEHOLDER,NAMED NEKTARIA WAS ALWAYS THERE IN, WHAT NEEDED! IT WAS SPLENDIDLY! THANK YOU!

  We stayed in Pramataris in March and it is our 3-rd visit to the hotel. Why do we return here, though usually prefer to try new places and new hotels? Firstly, the location of the hotel seems to be the best in Iefera: it is situated on the sea coast with the view on sunrise and famous Monemvasia rock. In the room there is everything that is necessary; the atmosphere is very cosy, it is very cl - Wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. The location is perfect, the hotel clean and in excellent condition. Everything is within walking distance and there really is nothing that is lacking. Lastly, for the money, it was an excellent value and in fact, we were upgraded to a better room at no charge because it was available. This was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.
