  I needed a late night stopover so chose the cheapest hotel I could find, not really expecting much, just a place to crash for one night. It was a delight to find such a genuine, friendly, helpful place. We have stayed in a nice studio that comes with nice basic amenities, comfy beds, clean showers, fridge and a well functional A/C that keeps you cool from the heat in summer. Breakfast is served downstairs of the studio and a nice bar is few steps away. The balconies put you as close as you can get to the view. George could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to show us around town and make sure we had evetything we needed. He even escorted us to out tour and made sure our boat would wait for us! The fresh white walls of the bedrooms in Hotel Thireas mirror the crisp white structures of Santorini. Clean, beautiful and welcoming.

  The hotel is located in a very quiet area, on top of a little hill, just four blocks from the Sygrou-Fix metro station and the stop of tramway going both to the city centre and the beach. They were very helpful in calling for a cab when we required one as well as helping find restaurants near by. The breakfast was wonderful & the woman who serves it was very nice. The view of the Acropolis from the dining deck was absolutely amazing & really made the hotel worth every penny!

The location was fantastic, right near the metro station and many poplar sites in athens, also very easy to find, the dorm rooms were spacious,clean and comfortable. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home. I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.
