I stayed at Villa Firostefani for 4 nights. Vernilia and Antonio picked me up from the airport and Antonio dropped me off after my stay. The free airport ride made me my 1st visit to Santorini stress-free. I enjoyed the hospitality of the couple and I feel like I stayed in somebody's home rather than a hotel. Vernilia offered me orange juice and gave me a big bottle of water when we arrived at their place. She gave me the triple room when she found out that the single room I reserved was not r.
kaikki arvostelut » Very satisfied! 1) SERVICE. The house owner is very kind, open-minded, helpful and nice!!! He picked us up on time, he introduced the local culture for us. We spent an excellent vacation in this villa because of him. 2) LOCATION: This villa located in the city centre, there is a bus stop nearby which drives to different travel destinations. It is convenient. 3) PRICE: The price is reasonable concerning their condition, breakfast included, swimming pool provided, wifi connection, air-conditio. Very helpful and friendly hosts.Location is perfect.Good traditional greek breakfast. Walk 5 minutes then you overlook the caldera with good restuarants ,shops, view's ect!!! We will definitly stay there again if the oppertunity arrive. Some people complaining about the traffic noise, well if you explore the island with a motorbike, swim , walk the little villages, eat their lovely greek food, drink wine ect. you so tired when going to bed you dont even here the noise. Its really good value for. The best value for money that we found in Greece! The host couple was extremely nice :) I wish we would have had more changes to listen to Antonio's stories. Not far from the Fira center, there's a nice alleyway from the villa to the center and the views to the caldera are just around the corner. We also had a nice view from our room to the fields and the sea. A great thing was that we were able to use the pool just 50m from the villa for free! The breakfast was good: toast, ham, cheese, crois. Location is great. The staff came to pick us up at the port at 1:10am, free of charge. The owner insisted on carrying my heavy luggage up to our room. Room was clean, had a mini fridge, cute balcony, and nice double bed. Free bottle of water. Bus stop visible from hotel. Breakfast had fresh tomatoes and a nice assortment of food. I left a few clothing items there, and they offered to send them to me for FREE. Now, that is customer service! You won't regret staying at Villa Firostefani!. We booked a double room and we ended up with a huge apartment with 3beds, kitchen and living room with a balcony with an amazing view! The staff as all Greeks, is very friendly and the lady tried everything to make us happy and satisfy our request to "have a balcony if possible". The size then was amazing as well as the comfort and the fantastic location in Firistefani where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the world!. Great welcoming in the hotel. The host Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. Always service with a smile. They picked us from the port and also dropped us at the airport even very early in the morning. Our luggage was lost on a flight and they even drove us to the airport to pick it up. They gave us a little souvenir upon arrival. Location is great. 10 minute walk to main square. Very comfy pillows. Excellent internet and air con. One of the best service you will ever receive. Highly recommended!!!. The family who owns the hotel was really nice and helpful. They offered us free transfer almost in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good, and we really felt welcome there. Caldera is just around the corner. I would only suggest ear plugs for those who have trouble sleeping at night because of the loud traffic on the main road. The extremely warm welcoming and service orientation of the owners. The rooms were well equipped and the use of a nearby swimming pool was an added bonus. A perfect stopover in our travels. Everything happened here was the best. He pick up me at the port and tell story always on the road. villa firostefani is on main street. it 's far from bus station about two bus stop. It has very big breakfast in the morning in price 30euro per night . very very good. Extremely friendly helpful staff, know the area very well, ask them for travel advice. 5 to 10 minutes walk to Fira town centre. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Offers pick up and drop off services, but need to notify the staff members in advance. This Villa is the best ever!!! The family was really kind and helpful, and its location is just 2 seconds from the bus stop. Breakfast was very nice that you taste some local fruit and food. All in all, we love it a lot. Hospitality at its best! From picking us up from the port (and back), to preparing breakfast and flexibility with the check-out time and even offering cold drinks after we came from our city trip! If you are a light sleeper, you might be bothered by the street noise since the hotel is right along the main street to Oia but if you are like me, a deep sleeper, this will not be a deal breaker. everything was good!. The shower doesn't have a tent and basically its opened. The floor gets wet and water is all over the places when you are having a shower. The hotel is located near one of the main roads to Fira city center. It has it's pros, but also means that it is relatively noisy in the rooms facing this road during the day and early evening hours. We regret that we didn't stay longer..... None. Toilet and Bathroom can be much cleaner. nearby the road, very noisy during the night. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. The shower curtain was very small. This seems to be a general issue in Greece. A bit noisy in the evening because the hotel faces to the road. Noise from the road !.
