  First of all I think it’s really important to mention how friendly are the owners , they have offered a great warming hospitality and been so helpful all times ( if you are traveling with family this is the best place for you ), I have stayed in the ground floor flat , it’s very clean with an amazing garden and bathroom that children have enjoyed ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » so much . The flat is one minute walk away from the train station that takes you to the city centre. - We arrived at Cologne late in the evening following a series of problems on route. We were warmly greeted by our hosts who invited into their home for a meal. We can highly recommend the accommodation and the location. It was an easy and comfortable journey into cologne centre from the local train/tram station and there were a good selection of shops within easy walking distance.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived.   This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel. The restaurant menu showed some flair and was good on the first night, unfortunately the menu was repeated on our second night.
