First of all I think it’s really important to mention how friendly are the owners , they have offered a great warming hospitality and been so helpful all times ( if you are traveling with family this is the best place for you ), I have stayed in the ground floor flat , it’s very clean with an amazing garden and bathroom that children have enjoyed so much .

We arrived at Cologne late in the evening following a series of problems on route. We were warmly greeted by our hosts who invited into their home for a meal. We can highly recommend the accommodation and the location. It was an easy and comfortable journey into cologne centre from the local train/tram station and there were a good selection of shops within easy walking distance.
the apt is well heated, clean and spacious. The land lady is really nice and promptly attend to all of our requests. The place is very near to the super market and near the motor way, which we travel everyday to Messe Dusseldorf . Bath room is nice, spacious and warmly heated. I like the bath room very much. the shower has sufficient flow and well heated.
I am quite satisfy with every thing in the hotel, it is really nice family apartment, the landlord is also very nice person! She is very kind and very patient with us! Strongly recommended!!.

it is a bit tight spot when 3 bedroom sharing only one bath room.

Entrance to another apartment is via the same front door although not a problem and I understand is being rectified shortly.
