  I highly recommend Hotel Benelux. The location is ideal because it is so close to the Dom square. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and breakfast is served to you at your table.   Nellie, the receptionist was very freindly and helpful. She set out breakfast for our early departure. Hotel location is great with easy walk to Dom, Rathaus and many shops and restaurants.   This is a basic 3 star hotel, perfectly located just a few steps away from the train station in Aachen. It was extremely easy for us to find it. Reasonably priced breakfast. Helpful cooperative staff went out of their way to store our luggage for us so we could make a morning visit into town....free of charge. No in room "mini bar" to tempt the kids with expensive drinks. A short one or two minute walk to beverage store and a variety of restaurants and bakeries. No need

  We went to see the Cathedral and the surrounding area. Very nice and walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages in a locked and secured room with tags on it. The room is small but we only stayed there to sleep. We were gone the whole day.
