  Excellent location very close to the Metro station but in a not too much tourist part of the city. Rooms are confortable, clean and very quiet. The staff is friendly, kind and ready to help you. Strongly suggested - Good location, very nice apartment and professional staff.

Next to the U-bahn with multiple connections. Zoo Garden is steps away. World famous Theater literally next door. Shopping boulevard steps away. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

  The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants, stores, even a market & a laundry facility near by to wash our clothes before our departing to Paris for another 5 days. It was really helpful. We had to evacuate by stairs from the 6th floor to - Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B

I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
