Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

  The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants, stores, even a market & a laundry facility near by to wash our clothes before our departing to Paris for another 5 days. It was really helpful. Although we had a little scare on the morning of our checking out of the hotel, the emergency alarm went off with the instructions over the pa syst... τι λέει ο κόσμος » em to direct guests to leave our hotel room immediately due to a technical problem/fire in a hotel. We had to evacuate by stairs from the 6th floor to - Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B

  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! Lovely spacious and quiet room with a ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » very large bed of very good quality.Located in a good neighborhood with lots of eating and drinking establishments, supermarket just across the street - Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast superb and the location was very good. - the environment was a pretty tree lined- street... very quiet but near everythig.
