  The hotel is centrally located in the old town part of Munich. Easily accessible by public transportation and close to all main tourist sites. The room was quite big and comfortable. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, for a pension in the city center. There were even two live plants in the room. We've paid 75 Euros for the double room with private shower/WC during the Opera festival which is a great deal for Altstadt.   We are senior couple and prefere to stay close to the downtown, so that to be able to return home in the afternoon and relax for a while to be ready for further explorations. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped.
