We arrived 8 hours earlier than what we'd booked, and was allowed in anyways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, the wifi was working most of the time (second floor). Price is cheap which is also a big plus. Fridge in the room.
Very friendly prices. Hotel is located in nice place of Hamburg with good communication with downtown.
The use of wifi is an excellent source to have also the fact we had our own fridge and tv in the room. kaikki arvostelut »
It's clean and comfortable, with no many people. Each room is equipped with a freezer.
The staff were very helpful on how to make it around the city.
Close to busstop. Spacious rooms. Clean toilet and shower.
Clean and comfortable, enought for travel trip).
Clean, really nice staff, very quiet area.
The very friendly staff and clean room.
The style of room. cleanliness.
Staff were friendly.
The hotel is not central. I had a single room and a shared bathroom which was a quarter of the price of a hotel in the centre of Hamburg. I would use it again because of the price. Very clean and easy.
Private room (though the shower and bathroom facilities are shared with two or three other rooms). Friendly, helpful staff.
Clean and good sized rooms for one night. We shared a bathroom with two
other rooms and it worked really well.
The structure is cheap and a good solution to visit Hamburg. And it's also very closed to a supermarket.
Very clean, decent beds, good sized rooms (w/ fridges). Value for money despite the location issues.
Bathroom just shared between 3 rooms.
Fridge, tv, wardrobe (perfect).
Quiet area and rooms.
The atmosphere of the hostel was very calm. The hostel was also very clean and good.
Single private room for low price. There was a supermarket 2 mins away.
Room is nice for its price. Everything were clean and ok.
The conditions were ok and the price was good.
Fridge in the room, supermarkets nearby.
Pretty cheap and close to the city.
Wi-fi, nice table in the room.
- provided very nice shampoo!.
Cheap price, clean room.
the hotel is clean.
Value for money.
The staff at the reception was really nice.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
- kitchen had great utensils.
Cost.
The staff is very nice and helpfull.
. nothing.
Beds a bit uncomfortable, could work on getting a better wifi, a breakfast would be great or at least some cooking equipment now that there's cooking facilities.
That there was no cutlery or dishes to eat from.
traffic is not very convenient, and the owner forgot to give me the sheet.
It was hard to find the hostel.
It would have nice if there was a close metro station (U-bahn); the nearest is either 15 min walk or by bus 5 min. Not a big problem though :).
It's a bit of a way from the center of Hamburg... but its quiet, so you'll sleep well.
The bathing room was in a very bad shape, you even had to hold the shower head with your own hand, because the holding was broken.
location,no wifi at the rooms.
Very hard to find a parking spot around the hostel.
Wi-fi difficult to get set up. The nearest metro stops are all a fair bit out from the city center and still a considerable walk from the hostel (at least 10-15 minutes) though there is a bus stop very near. Bathroom strangely warm.
The location is not too good, and there was a 15min walk from the
metro, but its ok when backpacking. It is not difficult finding if you
have a map.
It's kinda far away from anything but 30 minutes to Hauptbahnhof isn't really that bad...
Wifi worked only at the lobby space, not in the rooms.
Living room not really pleasant as it was filled with some men's groups.
The very big problem is that wireless internet doesn't work in the rooms and you have to come down to use internet and no internet facility in rooms-
The location of the hostel is not in the main city. You have to change one bus to go to main city center.
The room was advertised with T.V. There was no T.V. Had to go downstairs
to reception to watch my football match. Also the beds were very
standard squeaky and stained. Not so comfortable.
The room window could not be opened, so I have declared it to the
reception. The receptionist came to take a look at it and after he told
me that there was no vacancy (he apologized for that), he tried to
persuade me that "fresh air" is not included in the price and
that it is not something important...!! Me and my friends still making
jokes of this incident!!.
It was cleaned but many of the things looked like old or maybe those that were before me there didn t take enough care of it.
Far from the nearest underground station (15 min walk), TV picture quality wasn't good.
no breakfast included.
Extremely bad noise isolation, I was waking up each night because of neighboors talking. No safe deposit. Man at the reception was mostly clueless.
- the very poor Wifi connection
- the relatively poor public transport connection.
I don't like the joke from the reception people. I don't if he meant it or that was due to his poor English. Above all, his joke made me uncomfortable. The hostel provides a very big kitchen with more than 10 stoves. The funny thing was they didn't provide any kitchen wares. The wifi cannot be reached in the room.
the internet is not work.
kitchen.
It is not a real hotel. Workers are living just next door. The walls are so thin that you hear every single noise from your neighbours. The shared shower was smelling like being part of the toilet. Altough the rate was fair I decided to change the hotel for the next night.
The location: in the middle of nowhere! If you are travelling during the week avoid this property as after 10pm will be impossible to reach the hostel. During the weekend there are the ubahn and sbahn travelling all night long but from the hostel to the ubahn stop it takes by walking 15mins in an unsafe area.
- staff were very rude and were not helpful
- felt more like a place were people live then a hostel. The vibe I got that there was a lot of people actually living there.
1. Dirty bathroom and toilet
2. lack of kettle into the room and into the kitchen
3. bad smell into the kitchen
4. kitchen is situated only on the first floor.
5. to connect to internet is possible only on the first floor near the registration desk.
Lighting outside my room to the public toilet was broken.
The bed and pillow was to soft for me.
- Wifi is only on the first floor, working but only for 20 minutes and
needs a registration
- car parking is on the street, but it is very difficult to find free
- my room stunk of cigaretts and equipment is 30 years old as minimum
This hotel isn't unquestionably NO hotel it could be at most a poor quality hostel.
horrible hotel, never again!!!
the fridge in my room was smelling horrible, there was mildew everywhere in the bath..
groups of strange men hanging aroun in the public area!!
never ever again!!!.
