Parking nearby was convenient. Staff very friendly and the manager's English excellent so no worries there. Explained everything clearly on arrival so there was no need to contact him, although he said he is contactable 24 hours a day. We enjoyed the breakfast which filled us up for the days exploring. Onsite parking is in the back of the hotel. Our family room was large, very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the town square and the mountains. Great hotel in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake! The room was lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Kitchenette in the apartment which was a bonus, including dishwasher.
