  Perfect location inside Val Thorens skiing resort, one of the highest one in Europe. Very good hospitality service from the reception staff. Good food (3 restaurants & bar + outdoor). Well-equipped gym, nice SPA incl. small swimming pool (partially outdoor). Interesting design. That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   The hotel location is right at the ski slope. The room space was more than average (big enough for 2 persons). Lots of storage in the room. Beds and bedcovers were really comfortable, thick curtains to stop the light. Great breakfast, restaurant served good meals. Staf was friendly. Nice and beautiful swimming pool and sauna.
