Ski in ski out facilities Friendly service Well designed apartments Great location. We had hot water only on and off for the whole week. We had to ring all the times to have it sort it. They proposed to move us in another unit with same layout but not great views as the original one. In these cases generally the management upgrade the costumers ...Furthermore no discounts or benefits were offered for the inconvenience. Apart from this issue the overall experience was good.
