The staff were most friendly and helpful. The loaction of the hotel was so central and perfect for a weekend break which being right bang in the centre of the shopping district. We have traveled extensively to many countries during our lifetime.This hotel experience was one of the very best. Notably, the initial reception by Mlle Emaline and the other staff members who responded to our numerous queries and provided exceptional guidance during our four day visit. The fantastic design of the hotel with a spa, its central location in Nantes, and quiet, luxurious and extremely comfortable rooms and facilities fit for a King. It was a dream come true. The hotel was very easy to find thanks to the information supplied by it
and as entered into a gps. There is ample parking and the receptionist
spoke a sufficient level of English. We had booked in advance and our
details were on screen. The room was modern and very comfortable. We did
not avail of breakfast so I can't comment on that. -

alongside the new Busway it was a 20 minute ride to the Cathedral
terminus at a cost of 1.50€ per person. Who needs the Car when you
have this facility? The Hotel also provided secure Car Parking within

We were travelling south and this seemed like a nice spot to rest up. Hotel was gorgeous, staff excellent and the restaurant next door magnificent. Food was delicious and staff fabulous. Yes meal was a bit expensive but the setting and staff made our stay. This is a restaurant to dress up for. Smart casual at minimum! We didn't ...oops! -
