We have traveled extensively to many countries during our lifetime.This hotel experience was one of the very best. Notably, the initial reception by Mlle Emaline and the other staff members who responded to our numerous queries and provided exceptional guidance during our four day visit. The fantastic design of the hotel with a spa, its central location in Nantes, and quiet, luxurious and extremely comfortable rooms and facilities fit for a King. It was a dream come true. Thank you Hotel Radiss.
kaikki arvostelut » Stayed here for one night while en-route from South of France to Northern Coast to catch a ferry This is a beautiful hotel it was formally the Nantes court house which was sympathetically refurbished and converted into a unique hotel. Receptionist we dealt with and the young man who helped us with the luggage were to be commended for their natural friendly manner and helpfulness. Well done to them. I am sorry that we did not get their names. Hotel newly refurbished with taste. Unusual location inside a former tribunal. Clean and comfortable bed. Grooming product. Staff was quick to fix a booking error, there is no bath in the business room... This is an exceptional hotel and a masterful job was done in the design and execution of an historic building. On this trip we stayed in highly rated hotels and this was by far the best. excellent Hotel with super friendly staff, in the centre of nantes within walking distance of all the shops and restaraunts. really good breakfast, parking right outside. The hotel was new, and was superb and the staff were friendly and most efficient. The dining room was superb, the cuisine gourmet and the service impeccable. I was expected better of a 25 euros breakfast, pastries and pan cake did not feel fresh may be because we were on sunday. Local products would be nice. the rooms could be a little bigger. Nothing. Hot food on first day, at breakfast was cold, but staff and duty manager dealt with this and the problem was resolved. Lots of furniture in reception area, a little less would provide natural pathways to bar and dining room. Due to very special layaout of the place no direct lift from ground floor to last floor. Have to change on the first floor ! Food of the main retsaurant is expansive and average, taste-wise. the balcony door could not to be opened (due to security reasons). Nothing it was superb. Nothing to say everything ok. only skylight no window. breakfast was 25Eper person absolutely inappropriate also considering the rate u pay for the room. all OK. Nothing. Nothing. the modern decor,.
