  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.   The hotel itself was flawless. Rooms looked new, not worn down. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and all the amenities you can expect in this price range. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Also very close to Sacré-Cœur, so ideal for tourism in general. - Hotel is new and everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. Loved how close to Gare du Nord it was (2 stops on metro), room was clean, pillows and bed were soooo comfortable!!! They kept our luggage for us when we checked out! Great stay!

  One of the most enjoyable experiences in a hotel from a well-traveled couple. From arrival to departure, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and most unusual of all, seemed to enjoy being of assistance, no matter the triviality or the importance of the request. The rooms were beautifully designed [I'm a demanding architect] and kept immaculate by the energetic staff. Breakfast was 'icing - As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant. We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures! Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.
