  This hotel is a jewel right in the middle of the vieux port area. Even if the bedroom is on the last floor above a minuscule courtyard (we reserved late), the first sight when one steps out of the hotel is literally breathtaking. From these rooms after 8 pm you get a nice view on the street that is closed for public traffic and made a long pedestrian zone with musicians and artists and a lot of people. The rooms are modern and really clean. A lot of great restaurants are along the street. It's worth to take a nice walk around the little harbour and through the old city.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were well laid out, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was clean and well presented with a pretty garden to relax in and where you could also take breakfast in the covered out door dinning area. Overall the Hotel provided a lovely place to stay and relax. - We are both entranced by the charming ambience of the hotel. It suited our needs perfectly. The bedroom was large and lovely. The breakfast room was decorated in a pale yellow , patterned china cups and saucers took us back to a relaxed, gentle era. The rose garden and traditional sculptures were enchanting too. What a perfect "retreat" after enjoying the many things of interest in La Rochelle. We plan to return to the same hotel next year.

  Great location, friendly staff who were very helpful. Room with kitchenette was clean and well equipped, especially the filter coffee machine in the room. Our car was accommodated by staff who reserved a parking bay for us for the whole stay.   We liked the quality and design of the room, lobby spaces, entrance areas and location. Naturally the friendly and helpful personal and good breakfast crowned our stay. - spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and common areas. Nice, friendly, very helpful staff. Beautiful bar/sitting area near fireplace. Great city location.
