  The location was perfect just next to the station where the bus from Mont Saint Michel drops off. It was lovely to walk to the Menhir and then back into the old city for dinner. The next morning catching an early train back to Paris couldn't have been easier. A perfect stopover for a visit to Mont Saint Michel. - It actually is only 50m to the station and the bus stop for the 30min trip to Mont Saint Michel. Minutes walk from a beautiful little town, with an abundance of restaurants and a supermarket, this hotel is like a country pub back home. The staff are delightful and the rooms are adequate, but not flash. This makes for an affordable hotel. Our room had a shared bathroom which was kept very clean.

  Stephanie and Laurent ensured we had a lovely stay and even served breakfast 2 hours early because of our ferry booking being brought forward. A wonderful stay!!!! - I loved everything. I'm telling everyone to go here. The amazing host Stephanie, the gorgeous, home-made breakfast and the lovely accommodation.

  I have stayed in this hotel one night during my short trip from Paris to Mont Saint Michel / St. Malo with my family (my wife and 2 kids). The family room with 4 single beds was decent and clean. The staff were very kind and gave us sufficient information in English.   Right from our first contact, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. there was no pressure to use their restaurant, which was too expensive for our budget, although the menu looked delicious. We only found one other place to eat in the village and enjoyed a nice meal at the pizzeria. A pot of tea was made for me without any special request. - Le Bretagne has a good restaurant with excellent value menus.   Wonderful village. Must take a walk up to hill --splendid view. And we were surprised by a Crucifix overlooking the beautiful little village and a tower to Our Lady! The hosts were very nice and and helpful. Spoke English... Very nice room. Do not miss this one. We would like to go back for an extended stay. Will definitely visit again but stay longer next time. Mont Dol was a lovely village with lots going on.
