The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really
appreciate their assistance

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar. Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -
