The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

Evanna the owner of villa gravic could not be more helpful when 17 of us landed at her door when she was expecting 10. She couldn't do enough to accommodate us and gave us great advice on local amenities. Half of our group were flying to Ireland at 6.45 am with the rest flying to the uk later that day. I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar.
