  The apartment was spotlessly clean, the garden full of flowers in big pots and lots of shade. The landlord was effortlessly helpful, informative and kind. It's in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre.   This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good.   We booked this hotel the night before when we had to return to Split and wish we had seen it on our earlier trip. Lovely hotel with a cafe and restaurant attached. The restaurant next door was also great value for money and has been voted the best in Split. We would stay here again - We enjoyed the view from our balcony and from the breakfast room. There is a small beach in front of the hotel. The english breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Good when you are traveling along the coast and have a car to visit Split and other beaches, having free parking in a quiet zone.

  We stayed for 2 nights after doing Sail Croatia for 7 days. The owners were very friendly offering to pick us up from the port, offering a drink on arrival and, noticing that we had been travelling, provided a washing basin so we could clean some clothes.   Family owened, very friendly and acoomodating, knowledgeable. They let us leave our luggage on check out day so we could walk around town for a few hours before our ferry left late afternoon. The pictures of the pool are exactly views from the balcony.   Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities.   Brilliant location - close to beach - great views and close to centre of town without being noisy. Good size apartment - clean and well furnished. Great little swimming pool.
