Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect position for us overlooking the harbour at Lapad, quiet and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The owner was delightful and amazingly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a perfect size for two people.
The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.

The owner was a wonderful couple, very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel welcome and it's more like a b&b than a hotel. More personal than just a room in a hotel. Excellent location: 5 min walk from the south old town door and from a very nice sand beach. Nice sea views from the terrace. Kind personal who let us park our car in their place. They contacted us by mail to provide very clear information explaining how to get there. Without doubt, I would repeat. Absolutely reccomendable. -
