  The hotel itself is quite beautiful. You can see its old world beauty but they have managed to stay modern. Staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived around 8:30 a.m. (far ahead of check-in time) due to an early flight.   The staff was wonderful! SO accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. My husband and I were sad to leave the hotel - we enjoyed our stay that much! Thank you! - The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).
