The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets.

Big room with private bathroom across hallway. Great location, we only stayed one night before heading off for a cruise so it was perfect for us. Nice outside courtyard and although the owners speak limited English they were lovely and accommodating. Great budget option.

The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!

We stayed in the Studio Apartment - Peline 13 (upstairs). This was an excellent location, about a 30-second walk (uphill) inside the north entrance of the old town. We arrived at night so we couldn't really tell where exactly we were, but the next morning we realized that our bathroom window opens right up to the tourists walking the wall!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Apartments Lucic for 7 nights in August 2013. The apartment was at a perfect location just next to the Old Town and was a very reasonable price for where it was located. The apartment was well furnished and clean with everything we needed, including a tv, wifi and air conditioning. The outside noise was quite loud at night being so close to stradun, but it should be expected for the location.
