Amazing historical building set in a beautiful part of Zagreb. It's a 10 minute walk through beautiful manicured gardens to the city centre. The shower and bathroom area was amazing. We stayed in Marticeva St. 40. The apartment was very good and comfortable as seen in the pictures. It has all the facilities you need like kitchenware, cleaning stuff and even free tea, coffee and fruits. Also there is a speaker of the HI-FI installed in the bathroom which I find very cool, taking a shower with music. The apartment is close to the center (10-15 min. walking) and in a nice area that has easy access by tram or walking to the other parts of the city. The owner was very friendly,

As business consultant I can tell to all potential visitors coming to ZAGREB: Hotel ILICA - can be a case study for all young hotel managers of how to get benefits from hotel with very limited possibilities. I can recommend it for businessmen, turists who do not like ARTIFICIAL "keep smiling" and prefer very open minded and sincere attitude of hotel staff. These guys really like to serve and help...Nothing to do with trained "robots".
